Novopokrovsky district will offer businessmen to invest in the implementation of 18 investment projects. One of them is the construction of a plant for the extraction of sapropel and processing it into humus.

Sapropel is a centuries-old sediments of freshwater bodies that formed from dead aquatic vegetation, the remains of living organisms, plankton, also particles of soil humus, containing large amounts of organic matter, humus. In agriculture, the sapropel is used as fertilizer.

For construction of the facility set aside land in the village Zarechnoe Pokrovsky rural settlements (the total area of 150 thousand square meters). In the framework of the project it is planned to create an enterprise that will produce almost 85 thousand tons of humus per year. The municipality is required for the production of raw – pressed state organic, extracted from the bottom of local rivers and reservoirs.

According to the business plan, sapropel as a fertilizer, it is interesting to agricultural producers, farmers, gardeners and cottagers.

The project implementation period is one year. Investment is estimated at approximately 50 million rubles, which will be repaid within three years. It is expected that the annual gross revenue of the enterprise will amount to more than 37 million rubles, the average annual tax payments will be about 10 million rubles.

The project will create 18 new jobs.
