The Novopokrovskaya district of Krasnodar region to offer an investment forum for the project in the processing industry

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to lease an investment forum  to accommodate a production facility. 

It is expected to use a land plot for implementation of a promising investment project – the construction of a production facility.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 3025 sq. m. The site is located in Novopokrovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Novopokrovskaya-Ploskaya" (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Salsk – Tikhoretsk" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 200 km. The distance to the nearest railway station Eya (Salsk department North - Caucasus Railways) is 2.9 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km.

The site is state property. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 270 m, to the water system is 300 m, to the gas supply system is 200 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 1.48 million rubles.
