The municipal formation Novopokrovskaya district offers to implement a large-scale agricultural project

The municipality invites the investors to cooperate in implementation of an investment project on the construction of a plant for fruit conservation and production of jam, marmalade, fruit pastes, juices and bottling mineral water.

According to the project, it is expected to organize the construction of a plant for fruit conservation, production of jam, marmalade, fruit paste, juices and bottling mineral water in the Cossack village Novopokrovskaya of Krasnodar region. The prospective plant will be equipped with the state-of-the-art machinery; the advanced technologies will be used for the production, the fact that will enable to ensure high quality of each product of the plant, at large. The estimated capacity of the enterprise will make: 3456000 ñans of conserved fruit, 1260000 cans of marmalade, 1500000 cans of fruit paste, 114000 cans of jam, 864000 cans of confiture, 600000 bottles of fruit compotes, 576000 bottles of juice, 3360000 bottles of mineral water, 600 000 bottles of fruit gas water in assortment. It is initially planned to sell the products to the community and enterprises of the district and Krasnodar region. In future, the markets of other RF regions will be developed.    

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 466.76 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 110 new jobs.

A land plot of 200,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novopokrovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Novopokrovskaya-Ilyinskaya" (0km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Tikhoretsk-Salsk" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 200 km.

The distance to the nearest train station Eya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 385 km.
