The municipal formation Novopokrovskaya district of Krasnodar region plans to implement an agrarian mega project

The municipality offers to invest into the project on the construction of a plant for producing starch and corn seed syrup.

The investment project aims to organize the construction of a plant for producing starch and syrup from corn seeds. A two-stage construction is expected: production of starch from seeds at the first stage, production of syrup from starch at the second stage. The annual starch production volume will make 32 234 tons and that of syrup – 26 374 tons. The finished products will be sold to the enterprises of food, pulp & paper, textile, pharmaceutical, oil & gas and chemical industry of Russia and Krasnodar region. It is also expected that residents of the district as well as representatives of small business of the district and region will be consumers of the products. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 729.43 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 82 new jobs.

A land plot of 50,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novopokrovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Tikhoretsk-Salsk" is 1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Novopokrovskaya Cossack village is 0km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 185km.

The distance to the nearest train station Eya is 0.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 185km.
