Novopokrovskaya district of Krasnodar region presents an agrarian investment project

The municipality offers the investors to implement a project on the construction of a greenhouse facility on growing roses for cutting.

Within the framework of the investment project it is planned to build a greenhouse facility specialized on growing "roses for cutting". It is expected that the facility will be fitted with state-of-the-art equipment, inter alia; an automatic mineral nutrition and micro-climate management system will be installed. The facility will grow flowers in assortment: 656.3 thousand pieces of prime quality flowers per year; 656.3 thousand pieces of "Extra" flowers per year. According to the forecasts, the consumers of the products will be wholesale and retail purchasers from the district, Krasnodar region and Russia. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 30.33 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2 years and 9 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 49 new jobs.

A land plot of 50,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Yuzhny village. There is a local road (0km) there. The distance to the federal highway "Tikhoretsk city – Salsk town" is 12 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Novopokrovskaya Cossack village is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 175 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Eya is 1.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 175 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 337 km.
