Krasnodar Region Plans Ammonia Plant in Temryuksky District

Oteko-Mak is designing a gas processing plant for the production of ammonia and urea in the Temryuksky District, Krasnodar Region, the region's Ministry of Industrial Policy has announced.

OOO Oteko-Mak was registered in the village of Volna, Temryuksky District, in 2021. Its main activity is the production of fertilisers and nitrogen compounds, and the company's net profit for 2025 stood at 2.2 billion roubles. The parent company is OOO Oteko.

The OTECO Group is one of the largest private investors in port and industrial infrastructure in southern Russia. The OTECO cluster comprises two marine terminals: the Taman Transhipment Complex of Oil, Oil Products, and LPG, and the Taman Bulk Cargo Terminal. The combined capacity of these marine terminals is 90 million tonnes of cargo per year.
