The Novopokrovskaya district to present a project on the construction of a commercial dairy farm

The municipality offers to implement a project on the construction of a commercial dairy farm.

The investment project aims to construct a commercial dairy farm for 400 forage-fed cows. As forecasted, the yearly estimated capacity of the farm per will make 30 tons of meat and 2376 tons of milk. The products will be sold in the Novopokrovskaya district and neighboring municipal formations – milk factories, cheese integrated mills and wholesale organizations. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 49.46 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years and 9 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 13 new jobs.

A land plot of 80 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gorkaya Balka village. There is a local road, "Gorkaya Balka – Novopokrovskaya" (600m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Tikhoretsk-Salsk" is 12 km.

The distance from the municipal center of village Novopokrovskaya is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 224 km.

The distance to the nearest train station Eya is 20 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 224 km.
