The Novopokrovskaya district to present a large-scale construction project

The municipality offers to invest into a mega project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing ceramic facing brick  with a capacity of 50 million pieces per year.

The presented investment project aims to construct a brick factory in the Cossack village Novopokrovskaya of Krasnodar region. It is planned to construct an enterprise on a land plot with an area of 350 000 sq.m. located in the industrial zone of the Cossack village on the site of a proven clay deposit. The new factory will manufacture wire-cut ceramic facing brick by volume of 50 million pieces per year. It is planned to sell the products to the construction organizations of different levels, merchandising companies and private developers.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 609.14 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 120 new jobs.

A land plot of 350,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novopokrovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road (0 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Tikhoretsk-Salsk" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 185 km.

The distance to the nearest train station Eya is 1 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 185 km.
