Plot of land is available for rent for a period specified by the applicant, but not more than 10 years, without the right to assignment of rights under the lease to third parties (other than children, spouse).

The amount of rent is set by the supreme executive body of state power of the Krasnodar Territory in respect of land, state ownership is not delimited, and local authorities in respect of land located in the municipal property.

Since the inception of ownership of the house was built, the applicant acquires the right of free acquisition of ownership of the land on which it is located, in accordance with Article 14 of this Law.
